Price for the Jeras Apartment:

• 150 EUR / 3 nights / apartment
• 300 EUR / 7 nights / apartment
• 540 EUR / 14 nights /apartment

Price during the middle season (May, June and September):

• 200 EUR / 3 nights / apartment
• 400 EUR / 7 nights / apartment
• 720 EUR / 14 nights / apartment

Price during the high season (July and August):

• 250 EUR / 3 nights / apartment
• 500 EUR / 7 nights / apartment
• 900 EUR / 14 nights / apartment

The price of accommodation stands for the whole apartment and includes all apartment costs (e.g. VAT, tourist tax, internet access, electricity, water, gas etc.) as well as transfer from and back to Portorož airport, railway (Koper) or Piran bus station and city bikes for enjoying our beautiful city.
Transfer from Ljubljana, Trieste or Brnik to Piran can also be arranged on your previous request - such transfer is payable.

In the first two weeks of August (1. - 14. August - highest season), price is 100 EUR increased.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the final reservation of the Jeras Apartment the prior payment of the reservation fee (15 % of the total accommodation cost) is required. In a case of reservation cancellation the paid reservation fee is not refundable.

Check in time: On the date of your arrival from 13.00 o'clock (otherwise upon your request).

Check out time: On the date of your departure till 11.00 o'clock (otherwise upon your request).

Price for the Family vacation package depends on your demands and wishes, usually about 600 EUR/person - for the 7 days vacation package (the price includes the accommodation, professional English-speaking Slovenian guide and qualified guides for all activities, all transfers from the beginning till the end of your stay in Slovenia - in a frame of chosen vacation package, accommodation in the center of Piran old city, food and drinks in a frame of our trips and all necessary equipment (helmets, bikes...).

Services which are not included in the above stated prices: travel insurance costs, travel costs to Slovenia, personal expenses, special drinks, lunches and diners.

Tourist tax (included):

• adults: 1 EUR/day
• children (7 to 18 years old): 0,5 EUR/day

Payment: 15% payment at the reservation on our bank account, remaining 85% before your arrival. We are sorry but at the moment we do not accept credit cards or checks.
